Hi,
At this time (12-23 may 2008), the Italian Navy is bussy with a big
exercise
called "Mare A****to".
A loth of their comms go through te channels of their Sicral-1 satellite
that is verry active at this moment
with coded and uncoded comms and data like STANAG 4285 and this morning
something that sounded
als Pocsac.
