Many of us only subscribe to XM for certain talk content we can't get on
our local airwaves.
This was advertised and sold to us by XM, who have been putting our paid
for content off the air for hours at a stretch on a weekly basis all
autumn, but now that we've been tolerating that it's up to three times a
week.
I have already called in, spoken to a "supervisor" of the phone drone I
was eventually connected to and demanded my bill be modified downward
for the content not given.
Time for everyone who subscribed for this content to do likewise, as
well as pu****ng this as an issue of fraud by XM. They advertised
content available to us, and have been refusing to keep it available but
still take our money. That is the simple definition of mass fraud.
