TR-7730 low power adjustment

Hi
Has anyone adjusted the low power setting
for the Kenwood TR-7730?. Mine is about 8 watts
output. I want to make it about 5 or less. There also seems to be a pot
for 
the high power adjustement. Mine is about 18 watts output but the book
says 
its supposed to be 25.
